Harper Crewe set out to become a leader in new home property development by transforming the way customers purchase and personalise their homes. The challenge was to create a digital solution that would streamline the traditionally complex 15-step home-buying process, while also giving customers greater visibility, control, and excitement throughout their journey.
We developed a bespoke mobile app, available on iOS, Android, and web, that places the entire home-buying journey in the customer’s pocket. From making a reservation deposit to completing forms, choosing kitchen and bathroom personalisations, tracking build stages, and even managing snag lists — every step can be completed within the app. Push notifications keep customers updated in real time, reducing paperwork and replacing scattered communication with a seamless, engaging experience.
Behind the scenes, the app also delivers powerful tools for Harper Crewe staff. Automated processes reduce human error and streamline workflows for construction teams, sales staff, and managers. A management dashboard provides a clear overview of where each customer is in the process — whether pending, late, or on track — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Each submission automatically generates a PDF form for records, further standardising and simplifying the process.
The app has revolutionised the home-buying experience for both customers and staff. Buyers now enjoy a transparent, interactive, and efficient journey with their new home, while Harper Crewe benefit from consistent processes and greater operational control. Built with Vue and Tailwind, and featuring Stripe payments, digital signatures, and annotated uploads, the app is a scalable, future-proof solution that supports Harper Crewe’s growth ambitions.
