Health and safety app for Construction

As construction experts, Gridlocked were looking to build a perfect solution for managing their projects whilst also making compliance super easy. We worked with them to create this wonder of a construction app and managed to create an environmentally friendly solution in the process.

The app is made with a Construction Owner in mind: its features make projects so efficient that it helps to grow rapport with the clients. Real-time form submissions and time-stamped timesheets all add to honest reporting, whilst retaining all the documents in one place helps to avoid double entry and endless hours spent on data processing.

The app is accessible from all devices, making it easy for your whole team to use. Briefing documents and safety assessments can be easily imported before the project commences. And it can be accessed at any time – should there be the need for your operatives to refresh their minds.

Whilst the app helps to plan in advance, it also makes it super easy to deal with any issues that may arise. Simply start a new request, take photos as evidence and assign it to your chosen operative. The app will send them push-notifications and reminders until the job is complete. This added flexibility allows for quick problem solving and smooth turnaround.

By storing everything in the cloud the need for endless paper trails is avoided ensuring that your “paperwork” does not contribute to the carbon footprint.
