This success means they have a very large number of properties on their books at any given time – and a very full portfolio of previously sold properties. That’s a wealth of data which can be used to demonstrate the agent’s qualities to prospective vendors.

The app we developed for Xact achieved precisely that: it takes a feed from the agent’s own database and displays a map full of pins which represent each of the properties Xact has ever sold. Users can then drill down to particular areas, and even particular properties – providing an impressive global view of Xact’s success, but also a granular system that can inform valuations and new sales.
