Engineius is a leading car movement company with a network of over 600 drivers transporting vehicles across the UK. As operations expanded, Engineius needed a more efficient way for drivers to find and complete jobs, reduce administrative inefficiencies, and improve engagement. The goal was to create a tool that empowered drivers with real-time job management while giving the company and its clients greater visibility and smoother communication.

Idea

Working with Engineius, we developed a feature-rich mobile app tailored specifically for their drivers. The app provides multiple ways to search and accept jobs — whether through an interactive map or advanced filters — and ensures drivers can find roles that fit their schedules and routes. Detailed job cards give clear information on distances, instructions, and income before drivers commit.

To support seamless job completion, the app guides drivers step by step with checklists, digital signatures, and image capture, even allowing offline uploads when connectivity is limited. Drivers can manage multiple jobs at once, submit expense claims with receipts, and communicate directly with the office team and customers through integrated messaging.

For Engineius, the app delivers real-time tracking and client updates, ensuring transparency throughout each vehicle movement. A management dashboard helps monitor job progress and driver performance, while gamified incentives encourage engagement and reward productivity. Push notifications keep drivers on track with deadlines and reminders.
